Firex International, which took place at ExCel London 21st – 23rd June, is a leading event that connects the global fire and security markets. The FAAST stand attracted large visitor numbers who were keen to learn more about the latest product release launched at the event - FAAST XS - a high sensitivity device offering class-leading false alarm immunity for smaller applications.

Felix Heck, Business Development Manager for FAAST comments on the value of the show and the great response to the FAAST range. “Firex 2016 was incredibly successful for us with many visitors recognising the vast range of applications that can now be covered by next-generation aspirating detection solutions. Feedback on the latest product release - FAAST XS - was very positive and the on-stand demonstrations provided the ideal opportunity to showcase FAAST’s impressive capabilities in real-time. The team also delivered a preview of the FAAST interactive e-learning solutions and a training awards scheme for installers and distributors, which gained considerable interest.”

Other on-stand highlights included a showcase of the new-look FAAST XM (formerly 8100E), featuring sleek black housing and enhanced early warning detection capability up to 0.00095% obs/m as well as live demonstrations of FAAST’s class-leading false alarm immunity performance and the new
