New Appointment Signals Further Growth in Aspiration Business

Tim Checketts has been recruited to fill the newly created position of EMEA Sales Manager, Speciality Products. His primary focus is to drive new channel partnerships for FAAST, the newly launched Fire Alarm Aspiration Sensing Technology range, and other speciality products, as well as supporting existing fire systems partners.

Tim has extensive experience in M&E consultancy having worked for companies such as NG Bailey, where early stage involvement in new build and retrofit projects is essential in driving understanding of innovative solutions. A key target for growth in aspiration technologies is the data centre / IT telecoms market. Tim will be responsible for building relationships with physical infrastructure suppliers, consultants and end users.

His proven track record in achieving success with specifiers, contractors and installation partners brings considerable expertise to increase the market penetration of our aspiration business, which is already gaining a significant foothold.

“By building partner relationships in adjacent spaces outside the fire industry, end users operating critical infrastructure facilities such as data centres, telecoms, financial institutions and similar applications will experience the benefits of very early warning fire detection in protecting their businesses, improving up-time and increasing their service levels.”

He holds an MBA from Leeds University and a Post Graduate Marketing award from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
